Tony Marcon has always lived an active life. The San Francisco resident thrives on his routine of golf, spin classes, and weightlifting. However, years of physical activity had taken their toll on his body. After undergoing two hip replacements at age 48 followed by back surgery in 2020, Tony still found himself battling persistent pain and limited mobility that threatened to sideline him from the activities he loved.
Everything changed when a friend at the Olympic Club introduced Tony to Infraway's L1 device. Initially skeptical, Tony quickly became a devoted user after experiencing its benefits firsthand. Today, his mornings begin at 3:45 AM when he rises, puts on his L1, and drives to the gym by 4:20 AM—a testament to his commitment both to fitness and to his pain management routine.
"Infraway gave me back my functionality," Tony explains. "If I didn't put it on, I'd almost be a little reticent because I knew I was going to be in pain. But with it on, I'm that loose."
The L1 has become an essential part of Tony's daily routine. He wears it not only during his morning commute but also before golfing and even on flights. What impresses him most is the comfort—"I forget that it's on sometimes. It's that comfortable"—and the effectiveness, rating it "a 5" on a scale of 1 to 5 for pain relief.
For Tony, the L1 outperforms traditional relief methods: "It's much better than topical cream or any of the massage guns—and you can wear it."
Despite describing himself as not particularly tech-savvy, Tony found the device intuitive and easy to use. "I don't do social media, I don't do tech—but I do Infraway," he says.
Now, Tony has become an enthusiastic advocate, telling "anyone with back pain to check out Infraway." More than just a pain relief device, the L1 has restored Tony's confidence and allowed him to maintain the active lifestyle that defines him.
