You've made the right move. The L1 is designed to provide warming comfort and support relaxation, wherever life takes you. Follow these simple steps to set up and start your first session.

01 - Download the App

Get started by downloading our app to unlock the full potential of your L1 device.

02 - Plug in your L1

Use the provided charging cable to ensure your L1 is fully powered and ready to deliver comfort when you need it most.To charge, open the small flap with the “wireless” icon on the top of the heating pad. Connect the cable to the L1 port and begin charging.

03 - Connect via Bluetooth

  1. Open the Infraway App
  2. Log In or Create an Account
  3. You’ll get a notification asking to enable Bluetooth on your phone, press ‘Yes’.
  4. Follow the in-app instructions to pair your L1—you'll see a confirmation once connected

04 - Wear for optimal comfort

  1. Secure the straps comfortably around your lower back
  2. For women, you may also place it on your lower abdomen for menstrual discomfort
  3. For best results, wear directly on skin, (it's discreet under clothing)

05 - Select your session

  • Choose your preferred temperature and time in the app
  • New user? We recommend 125°F for 20 minutes to start
  • Find your perfect setting for movement, recovery, or relaxation

06 - Start your Journey

Press start and let the L1 work its magic. Whether you're on the move or taking a moment to recharge, the L1 is built to support your body.
